Three Churches and their associated friends have decided to help refugees by pooling their financial and human resources. The Churches in the group are St.Philip’s Anglican Church, St. Thomas’ Anglican Church and Trinity Memorial Church. Concerned friends from inside and outside the 3 parishes are lending a hand.
The alarming situation of worldwide refugees has been brought to new heights ever since the 2011 crisis in Syria. Tri-Parish and Friends for Refugees is working to assist refugees through sponsorship and resettlement in the Montreal area. The first step will be sponsorship of a refugee family.

Support will be raised at a variety of events by the Churches noted above and you may find more information at each of them in the future.

    - St Thomas' will be having a Taizé Service of Music and Reflections on Sunday the 24th of April at 4:00pm

The three Churches listed above have immediately begun to accept donations to raise funds to sponsor the first family. Presently you may contribute with the church collection envelope, and mark the amount of your donation that is to be allocated towards the Refugee program. Trinity and St. Philip's are accepting donations online at their Canada Helps pages which may be found in the document below.

Please read the document below for more information about what is being done to help Refugees.
