May 13 Workshop

To continue the momentum around growing a vibrant STS+Design community on campus and beyond, The Center for Science, Technology, Medicine and Society (CSTMS, or 'systems') is hosting a day-long workshop on May 13, 2016 at U.C. Berkeley's Social Science Matrix, with support from the Townsend Center for the Humanities

This day-long workshop, hosting a cross-disciplinary group of participants coming from all levels in the academy and from top universities around the world, will map some of the exciting research happening and the larger theoretical trends at the intersection of STS and design, and will work on building a community and an agenda for further engagements.
