Welcome to St. Peter's Church of England Middle School
Old Windsor

School starts back for students on Thursday 3rd September at 8.30 a.m.  We look forward to welcoming you all back.

As you may have heard, we are collecting any unwanted and still wearable items of St Peter's old uniform.  Our aim is to support an overseas school.  It would be great to see our old uniform becoming someone's  new uniform. I'm very excited that our red jumpers (and white blouses, plain grey skirts and red polo shirts) could go to people who really need them. You can drop off any clean, wearable clothing  when school starts again on 3rd September.  Many thanks to all those who have already donated.

Welcome to our website.  I hope you find all the information you need on these pages, but if not please don't hesitate to ask.

On my first day here at St Peter's I asked staff to be passionate about learning, to be demanding and to challenge mediocrity wherever they saw it.

Twelve months on, I am delighted that our recent SIAMS inspection found that this is what we have done.

I am delighted that this report recognises and applauds our new Academy is facing the challenges of the past.  The students, staff and governors are all working hard to move the school ever forward so that they can truly live up to our motto to 'Rise above the Ordinary'.

The SIAMS inspector said in his report, "The strengthened Christian ethos at St Peter's School is having a positive impact on students' wellbeing and achievement.  Substantial progress has been made on the issues identified by Ofsted in 2013.  As a result of a comprehensive improvement strategy, attainment levels are steadily improving for all groups".

We care enough to challenge our students and make the most of all we have to offer; we are aware that we are learning for the future on the doorsteps of history with all the specialist teaching, buildings and resources you would expect from a much larger school; we believe that St Peter's offers the children of the Windsor area something special.

You can contact us by email at office@st-petersoldwindsor.org.uk or telephone on: 01753 866253.  Any enquiries will be answered by Emma Viotto, Emma Wood or Nathali
e Pannell who will then direct your query to the person best placed to fully answer it.

If you are interested in a place at the school or working for us, then you are welcome to visit at anytime.

St Peter’s is a 9 – 13 years Middle School, situated on the edge of Old Windsor adjacent to rolling hills and Windsor Great Park.  Whilst the majority of our children come from Old Windsor, we draw widely from Windsor First Schools and beyond.

St Peter’s is a Church of England School working in partnership with the Oxford Diocese Multi-Academy Schools' Trust.

We offer a Christian education to children whose parents wish them to be educated within a Christian community.  We are a family school of a size in which all children can be known, valued and encouraged to achieve their best.
