Founder's Statement

The way we behave influences the well-being of not just ourselves but also the well-being of our fellow citizens. The way we behave can be categorised into two categories: acceptable non anti-social behaviours and unacceptable anti-social behaviours. If we behave acceptably (non anti-social behaviours) we support public well-being and if we behave badly (anti-social behaviours) we damage public well-being.

Public well-being is damaged when we tolerate the culture of anything goes. This happens whenever we are not prepared to draw and defend lines in the sand to distinguish between acceptable and unacceptable behaviours. Public well-being is supported when we are courageous enough to distinguish between behaviours that are acceptable (non anti-social behaviours) and unacceptable (anti-social behaviours) and when we are prepared to encourage the former and discourage the latter.

The stopasb.org campaign improves public well-being by countering anti-social behaviours within the public well-being damaging culture of anything goes.
