TZATZIKI

2 medium cucumbers
2 tsp salt
3 garlic cloves, pressind
1 1/2 cups greek yogurt
1/4 cup good olive oil

Grate the cucumber. Put in a non metalic colander and and stir in salt.  Let it sit for 10 minutes. Squeeze out the excess liquid. Add cucumber to a non-metalic bowl and add garlic and yogurt.
Put into a serving bowl and drizzle with olive oil! Serve with pita chips.
