TANGY SLOW COOKER PORK RIBS~ From StoneGable's Kitchen

6-8 Country style pork ribs

salt and pepper

olive oil

1 onion, chopped

2 clove garlic, pressed

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/3 cup orange marmalade

1/4 cupĀ ketsup

1 TBS Worcestershire sauce

pinch if red pepper flakes

Pat ribs dry with a paper towel. Salt and pepper.

Brown country ribs in a large skillet, use a little oil if needed. Remove ribs to the slow cooker. Add onion to the fat in the skillet and cook them until translucent and soft, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Transfer onions and garlic to the slow cooker.

In a medium bowl, mix soy sauce, marmalade, ketsup, worcestershire sauce and pepper flakes. Pour over ribs and mix ingredients to cover with sauce. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours until ribs are fall apart tender.
