1/2 bag romaine lettuce
1 bag baby spinach
10 grape tomatoes, quartered
8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
2 hard boiled eggs, diced
1/2 cup shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cups toasted nuts
1/4 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup golden raisins
1/4 cup good olive oil
1/8 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 tsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp sugar
pinch of salt and pepper

Put washed greens into a big salad bowl. Add bacon, eggs, cheese nuts, carrots and raisins.

In a separate small bowl whisk oil, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper.  Pour over salad and toss.
