StoneGable Oven Roasted Asparagus Wrapped in Prosciutto


8 thinly slice of prosciutto

parmesan cheese, finely grated


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut off the woody ends of asparagus. Wrap a thin slice of prosciutto around 3-4 asparagus spears and put on a large rimmed baking sheet. No need to oil or salt the asparagus. The prosciutto will render some fat and it is very salty. Roast for 20 minutes. Remove from oven, plate and sprinkle with cheese.
