SLOW COOKER APPLESAUCE

3 lbs apples~ I use Granny Smith AND Stayman, cored and peeled
2 TBS rfeshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon

Cut apples in quarters and sprinkle with lemon juice. Stir in sugar. Cook on low for 3-4 hours until the apples are very soft. Mash with potato masher and sprinkle with cinnamon. Refrigerate.
