ROASTED GREEN BEANS AND CASHEWS~ From StoneGable's Kitchen

2~ 16 oz. package frozen whole green beans, thawed

2/3 cup shallots, sliced

1 TBS fresh ginger, minced

4 TBS sesame oil

4 TBS soy sauce

1/4-1/2 tsp crushed red peppers

1 cup salted cashews, chopped


Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Toss green bean in all ingredients except cashews. Spread on a large rimmed baking sheet. Roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.  Remove green beans from oven and sprinkle with cashews.
