Roasted Carrots~ From The Kitchen Of StoneGable

These are so sweet and caramelized... a savory sweet!

1 bag of baby carrots

drizzle of olive oil

salt and pepper


Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Put carrots onto a large rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil. Salt and pepper. Toss to coat.

Bake for 20-30 minutes until the carrots are slightly browned, deflated and soft. YUMMY!
