PROSCIUTTO WRAPPED TILAPIA WITH MANGO SALSA~ From StoneGable's Kitchen

2 TBS olive oil

4 tilapia fillets

4 slices prosciutto

salt and pepper

peach mango salsa


Dry tilapia with a paper towel. Salt and pepper.  Wrap tilapia in a prosciutto slice.


Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook tilapia in batches, if needed for 2-3 minutes each side. Plate and top with peach mango salsa.
