PINEAPPLE BREAD PUDDING ~ From StoneGalbe's Kitchen

(I double this recipe~ it goes fast!)
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
4 large eggs
1  20 oz.n can crushed pineapple, drained
6 slices of white bread, cubed

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Add butter and sugar to a large bowl and beat with an electric mixer until creamed and fluffy
Add 4 eggs and beat until well mixed.

Add crushed pineapple and bread to the mixture and fold in by hand.

Put pineapple bread pudding into a greased bowl or 8x8 pan. 
Bake for 1 hour.
