6 chicken thighs, bone-in and skin on
1 cup Parmesan, I use the green shaky Kraft Parmesan kind
1/2 tsp paprika
2 eggs, scrambled
4 TBS butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Put Parmesan cheese and Paprika in a bowl. Mix.
Whisk eggs in another bowl.

Pat chicken thighs dry with a paper towel.
Dip each chicken thigh in the egg one piece at a time then roll in the Parmesan cheese mixture until completely covered. 
Put the chicken in a 9 x 11 baking dish and drizzle with butter.

Bake for 40-50 minutes until the chicken is done and the juices runs clear.
