CRISPY KALE CHIPS~ From StoneGable's Kitchen

1 head kale, washed and dried
1-2 TBS olive oil
salt to taste

Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Pull the stems from the leaves. Discard stems. Cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces.  Put kale in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil and salt.
Put the Kale leaves in a single layer on large baking sheets. Bake for 20 minutes until the kale is crisp.
