GRILLED BALSAMIC FLANK STEAK

1 large flank steak
1 StoneGable marinade recipe, follows

Put flank steak and marinade in a zip lock bag.  Marinade 1 hour or overnight. Grill flank steak to medium/ medium rare. Rest for 10 minutes tented with foil. Slice thin against the grain.

Balsamic Marinade:
2/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 garlic cloves, pressed or chopped finely
2 tsp mustard
juice of 1 lemon
1 TBS Worchestershire sauce
pinch of salt and pepper
1/4 cup basil chiffonades

Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl. Use as marinade, vinaigrette, or refrigerate.
