GARLIC SOY MARINADED FLANK STEAK

1/2 cup of dry red wine
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 TBS balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
4 garlic cloves, crushed
1/4 cup flat leaf parsley
2 lb. flank steak

Mix wine, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, oil, garlic and parsley in a zip-type bag. Add flank steak. Let marinade the frig for 8-24 hours.

Heat grill to medium. Add steak and cook about 6-7 minutes on each side. Let rest for 5 minutes.
Slice across the grain in thin slices.
