FIELD GREENS AND STRAWBERRY SALAD

1 bag fresh field greens
10 large fresh strawberries, washed and sliced thinly
1/2 cup roasted or candied pecans, chopped
2 green onions, chopped white and some green
1 large carrot, shredded
2 TBS champagne vinegar
1/4 cup light olive oil
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/4~1/2 tsp sugar.

Combine greens, strawberries, pecans, green onions and carrots in a large salad bowl.

Add vinegar, olive oil, Dijon mustard and sugar in a jar with a tight fitting lid. Shake vigorously. Pour over salad and toss
