EASY PUMPKIN BISCOTTI

1 cup roasted pumpkin seeds (not in the shells)
1 cup sugar
6 TBS butter, softened
1 cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
2 large eggs
3 1/2 cup all purpose baking mix
1 TBS pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
white chocolate chips

Beat sugar and butter in a large bowl, using an electric mixer on medium until creamy.
Mix in pumpkin.
Add eggs and mix.

Add baking mix in a separate bowl. Hand mix in the pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon.
Add spiced baking mix to the pumpkin mixture,
