Coslaw

1 bag coleslaw mix

1 carrot, grated

1 cup mayonnaise

2 TBS cider vinegar

1/2 tsp dijon mustard

2 TBS sugar (I use spoonable Splenda)


Mix mayo, vinegar, mustard and sugar in a large bowl. Add coleslaw mix and carrot. Toss to coat. Serve or refrigerate.
