CHINESE PORK RIBS~ From StoneGable's Kitchen

1 cup hoisin sauce

6 TBS rice wine vinegar

1/2 cup soy sauce

1 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup tomato paste

4 TBS garlic, finely minced

2 TBS hot sauce

2 1/2 lbs pork ribs


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 


Mix all ingredients, except ribs in a medium bowl. Set aside


Put ribs on a large rimmed baking sheet lined with foil. Bake for 45 minutes. Remove pan from oven and pour sauce over ribs. Toss. Bake an additional 45 minutes, turning every 15 minutes to keep the ribs well covered with sauce.
