BISTRO FLANK STEAK

1/2 cup good red wine
1 TBS fresh rosemary, chopped
2 TBS good olive oil
1 TBS Dijon mustard
1 TBS balsamic vinegar
1 TBS Worcestershire sauce
2 large garlic cloves, pressed
1/2 tsp sugar
salt and pepper

2 lb flank steak

Combine all ingredients but the steak. Put in a sip type plastic bag. Add steak and marinade for 4 hours or overnight. Tun bag to evenly marinade steak.

Prepare a medium-high heat on the grill. Add steak and discard the marinade. Grill steak to personal doneness. Medium rare is about 5 minutes per side.

Let rest for 10 minutes and then slice thinly across the grain.
