ANTIPASTA SALAD~ From StoneGable's Kitchen

1 bag romaine lettuce
1/2 head butter lettuce
1/2 cup garbanzo beans, rinsed and patted dry
1 small jar marinaded artichoke hearts, drained and rough chopped
3 TBS oil packed sundried  tomatoes, cut sliver thin
1/4 red onion, cut into very thin slices
6 pepperoni slices, cut in very thin slivers
3 slices provolone,cut in half and then cut in very thin slivers
2 slices salami, cut in half and then cut into very thin slivers
1/4~ 1/3 cup pickled vegetables, cut into smaller pieces.
1/4 cup black olives, sliced

Dressing:
3 TBS good red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 cup light olive oil
1/4 tsp sugar
dash of salt and pepper
pinch of dried Italian herbs

Put all ingredients in a jar and shake well.

Put lettuces in a big bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients. Drizzle with dressing. Toss
