A Life of Stewardship is the ongoing stewardship ministry of St. Martin's.  It is responsible of helping members use the time, talents and treasure that our Lord has blessed them with in a manner consistent with our Christian faith.

Ministry Principles

  • Stewardship should be practiced out of gratitude to, and love for, the Father - not guilt or duty.
  • It is done to benefit our neighbor and the Christian movement - not St Martins, the ELCA or any other organization.
  • The role of St Martins is not to benefit from Christian stewardship, but to encourage its growth, facilitate its support, require accountability of the stewards and celebrate their success.
  • Stewardship is an expectation of discipleship.
