Cup of Nations Community,
I hope you are well.  You already know a lot about Cup of Nations, so I will not go into much detail.  We started in 2010 with offering a tournament to our refugee and immigrant neighbors.  4 years ago we started a winter futsal league.  Now we would like to start an outdoor league.  Many of the kids who play soccer with us live in areas where soccer is not available elsewhere, or what is available cost too much.
We have not done fund raising in the past as we wanted to build something worth investing in.   We have done this and now we need the community to help with the financing; so, we can make this sustainable going forward.  We will be doing some ongoing fund raising and we are asking for your help!  Please join us at the upcoming Cup of Nations Trivia Night Fund Raiser Saturday, April 8th at the Kirkwood Community Center. Please see the Trivia Night Flier here and follow the directions to support the CON through this event.
You know how important sports have been in your life.  Help us give the opportunity of sport to children who won't have this option without you!
Many Thanks,
Dan Davis

Futsal League Champions
Congratulations to "Lions" as the new Champion for 2014-2015 season. You guys never quit, rather, you came back  to win a fantastic match. Congrats to coach Fred Maboneza. You have done a great job with your team not just now but always.
My admiration to "United FC" and coach Misbah Faniad. You all had an incredible season. Your consistency and great composure to play Futsal on top of your skills, distinguishes your team in my eyes as "The best team" of the tournament.

2014 Festival

Our festival provided a safe and fun environment for all to enjoy.  It is hard to say what was the best: popcorn, slurpees, great food off the grill, inflatables, music, face painting?
