GriefShare sessions will begin May 7, 2019

GriefShare is a special seminar and support group for people grieving the loss of someone close. This group is sponsored by people who understand what you are experiencing and want to offer you comfort and encouragement during this difficult time.  GriefShare session includes a video seminar and group discussion. A GriefShare workbook assists you with note-taking, journaling and grief study. The videos feature top experts on grief recovery, dramatic reenactments about living with grief and real-life stories of people who have experienced losses like yours.


Tuesdays May 7 - July 30

7:00—8:30 pm

St Joseph Adult Center

After the funeral, the cards and flowers have stopped coming, and people around you have returned to their normal lives. However, your grief continues and you feel alone. But YOU ARE NOT ALONE!  GriefShare offers support and encouragement for your grief

journey alongside others who share your experience.

 The 13 sessions include topics such as:

Challenges of Grief

The Journey of Grief

Grief and your Relationships

 Why?

Guilt and Anger

 Complicating Factors

 Stuck

 Lessons of Grief

 Heaven

 and What Do I Live for Now?
