Music Programs

     Our music program enriches our worship life at St. James.
Choirs are available for all age groups and meet in the Music Room. 

Keep Calm and Sing On!

It’s that time of the year!  Time to get on board!  An exciting year of music making is on tap as our choirs begin rehearsals!  New and returning members are welcome at any time of the year.  Simply find your appropriate grade or age grouping and COME SING!  Our choirs meet in the music room, main floor # 207.

Registration letters will be mailed the first week of September.

Alleluia Choir
 - begins on Wednesday, September 25

Kindergarten through third grade children rehearse on Wednesday afternoons from 4:15-5:00 p.m. in conjunction with the K-3rd Grade Youth Group. 


The St. James Pipe Organ
Jubilant Choir - begins On Wednesday, September 25

Fourth and fifth grade children meet on Wednesday afternoons from 3:30-4:15 p.m., along with the 4th & 5th Grade Youth Group.
Koinonia Choir - begins on Sunday, September 22

Sixth through twelfth grade youth rehearse on Sundays from 6:30-7:30 p.m. Middle School Youth Group meets before choir and High School Youth Group meets after choir. 

Martin Luther Choir - begins on Sunday, September 29

This choir is designed for adults who like to sing once a month. Rehearsals usually held the last Sunday of the month from 7:30-8:30 p.m. and are announced in The Messenger calendar.

Adult Choir - begins rehearsals on Thursday, September 5

Designed for those interested in choral discipline and commitment. Rehearsals are held every Thursday evening from 7:30-9:00 p.m.

and soloists are used alone or in ensembles.
