A NIGHT AT THE OPERA

ALBERT HALLS, STIRLING
7:30pm, Sunday May 7th 2017

“A Night at the Opera” . . . that’s what we’re calling this, our last concert of the season and, as you might expect, it will feature a heady-mix of well-loved arias and overtures from the world of opera – works by Verdi, Puccini, Rossini, Mozart, Bizet and more. A quartet of stars from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, Svetlina Stoyanova, Charlotte Drummond, Richard Shaffrey and Chris Nairne, will lead on the arias accompanied throughout by the outstanding Stirling Orchestra – finalists in last year’s BBC Series “All Together Now.” This will be quite an evening – don’t miss it!

Soloists: Svetlina Stoyanova, Charlotte Drummond, Richard Shaffrey and Chris Nairne
Conductor: Stephen Broad
Leader: Joëlle Broad

Tickets £10 adult, £8 concession, £5 students (with ID), £2 children
from the Albert Halls box office, members of the orchestra, or
online at www.culturestirling.org/albert-halls
