About Us

We are an active council that serves the Fort Leavenworth Catholic community.  We meet the second Tuesday of each month in the Pioneer (old Main Post) Chapel on Fort Leavenworth.  Our council experiences a large turnover rate each year as the bulk of our members are active military personnel.  We also have several long standing members who are either retired military or civilians affiliated with the Fort Leavenworth community who provide continuity from year to year.

Council members volunteer their time to support Pro-Life activities, numerous Parish ministries, children with intellectual disabilities, and to raise funds to help support a Catholic Seminarian.

Our principle calendar events throughout the year are:
  1. Father-Son pancake breakfast
  2. Fall Yard Sale
  3. Roe v. Wade Candlelight Vigil
  4. Father Daughter Banquet (the pinnacle event of our year)
  5. Spring Yard Sale
  6. Spaghetti Dinner

We are always looking for men who are interested in joining.  There is no expected level of effort or involvement in the council.  We hope every member will be able to actively participate in our events, but understand the need to balance the demands of work and family.  If you are interested in finding out more information, please see our Contact Us page.
