On the First Sunday of Advent the Church began Cycle A in the Sunday Scripture readings, which means we’ll be hearing the Gospel of Matthew on many Sundays during the year.

In the past month 25 people have taken part in our 2 sessions. This Mini Bible Study will continue looking at “discipleship” in Matthew’s Gospel and studying some of the parables. Sr. Diane will announce dates for these afternoon and evening gatherings.

         Rosary Altar Society

With devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary, we are committed to praying the Rosary for world peace and the spiritual benefit of all.

As Rosarians, we have a special privilege of ministering to the care of the Altar, preparing linens and assisting with decorations for holidays and special events.  We also conduct fundraisers and participate in other activities as needed for the benefit of the Church.

The Rosary Altar Society offers a deeper connection to the church for all and provides a forum to meet, discuss and participate in current events at our Church.

New members are always welcome. If interested in joining, or to obtain additional information, please contact:Bernadette at 516-897-1904 or Betty at 516-608-8255.
