Give me a poem to change my mood

The purpose of education

To see a world in a grain of sand and a heaven in a wild flower
To hold infinity in the palm of your hand and eternity in an hour.
William Blake

When I just don't want to do anything.  ... when I feel like watching TV...

When I recite a poem and focus on something, the brain activity changes.

The quote does not need to be a poem.  You can send me a quotation that inspires you or moves you to cry or pushes you to change your mind.

ACTION:  Tell me about people who inspired you or guided you or gave you an important quote that you remember.

What did they say to you?
What were you doing at that moment?
Why did those words hit you so strongly?
What meaning do you extract from those words?

Give me a poem or song lyric to inspire me or to make me say, "Whoa, that's beautiful!" or "I want to cry."

ACTION:  Send me a text message with a song lyric.
Write at least six words from the song and then write about why you selected that lyric.
If you don't want to write, then speak.

What time do you get up
and what do you do in the early morning?
