I am an Associate Professor of Finance at the Naveen Jindal School of Management, the University of Texas at Dallas. 

My research examines how market, institutional, and behavioral frictions shape the financial and economic decisions of firms, investors, and households, with implications for economic efficiency and welfare. I study these questions across financial and product markets, intellectual property, digital platforms, and housing markets.

During Fall 2026, I will be on sabbatical and visiting The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
