Steve Baxter Dallas Real Estate Experience!

Steve Baxter Dallas is an experienced operator of multifamily and commercial properties. He also has experience in condo conversions, and major development. Steve Baxter’s business model has always been to purchase apartment properties of 200 units or greater that have been overlooked, cash-straped, or poorly taken care of. He prefers areas of town that are improving or very stable.

In 1952, Steve was born in Dallas.  Steve Baxter graduated around the topmost portion of his graduating class at Richardson High School in 1970, subsequent to being chosen as the Junior Class President,  Junior Class Favorite,  Senior Class President plus Mr. RHS.  Steve Baxter lettered in varsity basketball his junior and senior years and was picked All Tournament as a senior.  He lettered in varsity baseball his junior and senior years and was chosen as All District and District Leading Hitter as a senior.  Craig Glickman, a good friend, points out that Steve doesn’t talk about it, but “As far as I recall, Steve still holds the Richardson High School batting  record of .517 after  45 years!”

By 1985, Steve Baxter was putting investment partnerships together and acquiring larger multifamily complexes with postponed repairs needing a remodel.  Steve became well-known as a ”turnaround expert” since he had  the management expertise along with the construction history and ability to complete a renovation early and at a reasonable cost.  Steve somehow managed to survive the two real estate crashes which eliminated many realtors out of the real estate business:  the late 80's S&L banking crash and real estate depression, and, the 2008 subprime crisis.

Steve Baxter Dallas enjoys being in business with associates, simply because Steve places a huge value on the great relationships  he has found.  He feels this is the reason he gets much satisfaction in Christian work.  Steve simply likes people and they really like him!
