A Woman of Independent Means

Six Hour Mini Series    Dir. Robert Greenwald    Prod. Robert Greenwald    NBC Television

The story this 6 hour mini-series tells, starts in 1890 and ends in 1963.

As the periods change, the colors change from rich dark shades in  the beginning to lighter, softer  tints towards the end.

To create the illusion of an Ocean Liner we used locations and built the State Rooms and Promenade Deck on stage

The story also marks the passage of time by the vehicles used on the various 'moving days' throughout the series.

This One  Ton International  Truck from about 1912 became one of the conveyances.

Overall we built or found locations for 186 sets for this show.
