At this site, the author gives a good explanation for why algebraic equations form straight lines. This could be a good source when introducing the form of linear equations, or when comparing linear to non-linear equations. It has some good examples to help suppliment a lesson plan.

Some of the activities include using a geoboard, images of different ramps, paper and pencil calculation, as well as graphing calculator exercises. It also has ideas for group work and homework. It informs the teacher on what materials are needed, what other mathematics are used, as well as other mathematics the students would need to know.
The information is presented in a nice, organized table. It would be better if it had a separate page for each of the categories. It is also very plain.
This site is a search engine for math lesson plans. Each of these lesson plans have been reviewed and rated by teachers. The site does require you to be a member to use it, but does offer trail runs. It is a beautifully designed site. It is very navigable. It has a ssio eLearning Activityearch option, tabs, and graphics. It's eye catching and has related links and advertisements.
Casio eLearning Activities
This lesson plan helps take what the students learn about graphing linear equations and apply it to a Casio graphing calculator. It has pictures of the calculator buttons and of the screen. This helps teach the key strokes and functions of the calculator. It is very clear and easy to follow.
This site has links to a number of worksheets. The worksheets cover finding slopes, writing equations, graphing linear equations given two points, and more. Each worksheet has a nice explanation of what it covers, so it's easy to find what you are looking for.

This site has three different worksheets regarding graphing linear equations using t-charts. Each worksheet increases in difficulty as less in the t-chart is given. The site is easy to use. It is not very busy. You can find what you're looking for by the search function or the tabs and links. There is a broken link, so it's a bit out-dated.

The user can control what the slope and intercept are as they change the values on a sliding scale at the side of the graph. They can also trace the x ad y values, and change the scale of the graph.
As you read the instructions, it's not very clear on how to use the Applet because they instructions are long and complicated. As you start to work with the applet, it is really easy to use. There are links to find out more about the creator of the applet. With some research, you can find out his credentials.
This site has some resources for helping students understand what the slope of a linear equation is. It has lessons, a practice quiz and a resource for teachers to understand more. It's not a great resource. I liked it most for the story the author uses to help students differentiate the different types of slopes.

It is very eye catching. It's well organized and it's easy to find what you want and need. It has a search function and clear tabs.

This applet helps the user to recognize the differences between intercept and slope. You are given an equation and are lead step by step how to take a line and place it on the graph by the intercept and the slope. It gives really quick feedback. It is interactive. The links have related material on them. This is a good site.
This site demonstrates step-by-step how to graph a linear equation. It gives hints before each step to allow the student think of the answer before it is given. It isn't very interactive and it has a few broken links. But, it is easy to search and to see. And, it's a great resource for outside help for students.
