Online induction, which includes content specific mentoring, peer support, professional development, and resource libraries, can help to support, develop, and retrain beginning STEM teachers.

This project developed was funded through a one year (2006-2007) National Governors' Association grant and was developed through a partnership with the Minnesota Department of Education.

In the 2007-2008, school year, this model was re-designed as Project TIN. More information about this program can be found here.
