My take: Simply amazing. Hands down the best math resource site I have found. I love this site for any math teacher or student and recommend at the highest level the use of this site. This site offers helpful how to videos that can assist in the instruction and allow for reteaching. In addition, the goal of this site is to bring math lessons to the world for free.

Lure of the Labyrinth is a product of the Learning Games to Go (LG2G) project, funded by a Star Schools grant from the U.S. Department of Education, spearheaded by Maryland Public Television (MPT).LG2G concentrates on creating essential resources for pre-algebra students and the teachers and families working with them, as well as aggregating other manipulatives, web sites, and teacher tools that can help students think like mathematicians..”

My take: A math game for pre-algebra students - I played for a few moments and the game is engaging and the puzzles involve important math skills. I believe this could be a great review game over the summer for students or a fun way to integrate math into their thinking.

My take: Math in films. This site offers the use of math in several videos. This is a fun place to check for real life applications of math in made up films.
