STAY Close With God

"Share With Francis" Listening Session
Sunday, May 13, 5:00 5:45 p.m., Parish Library

Pope Francis has called a gathering of bishops across the world (called a Synod) in October 2018 on the topic of Young People, the Faith, and Vocational Discernment. In light of this, STAY will be hosting two listening sessions so you can share your thoughts on the issues facing young people and how the Church can better support them. Not only will your input help Pope Francis prepare for the Synod, it will also help our local Catholic Archdiocese of Washington to discern how we can better engage and support young people on their journey of faith! We encourage all parishioners ages 16-39 to attend in person or fill out a quick survey at by May 15.

Eucharistic Adoration & Taizé Prayer
Third Thursday of the Month, 7:00 8:00 p.m.

Once every month there is an opportunity for Eucharistic Adoration combined with Taizé prayer, which consists of meditative singing alternating with periods of silence. Confession is available. Immediately following Adoration from 8:00 - 9:00 p.m. we meet in the Parish Hall (basement) for food (pizza) and fellowship. If you are able, consider making a small donation to offset the cost of food.
