What we are looking for:

The Marketing and Community Manager will play a critical role in helping to build the mobile developer base at StackMob. We are looking for someone who is eager to join a small team, is not afraid to tackle big challenges and wants to have a massive impact on building and growing the company.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop both online and offline marketing strategies and more importantly, execute on those strategies
  • Lead StackMob’s online presence, including social media (Twitter), external blogs and other media channels
  • Analyze traffic patterns and conversion rates to determine most effective strategies
  • Organize and manage events, including contests, hackathons and more
  • Attend relevant conferences, meetups and events
  • Understand customer needs and translate those into key insights that support the product development process

Who you are:

  • Love mobile and staying at the forefront of tech (you are a little geeky at minimum)
  • An extrovert who enjoys talking tech with anyone, especially developers
  • Can write effectively (important for blog posts and social media)
  • Highly organized
