On the 1st of February, one of the most popular class at MIT SLOAN, MIT Elab, is going to start. MIT Entrepreneurship Lab (ELab) is a course that pairs teams of MIT and Harvard students with local startup companies for targeted consulting on critical business areas. Companies are typically tech-intensive, are intellectual property-based, have fewer than 40 employees, and have at least one round  of outside funding.  Popular sectors include (but are not limited to) cleantech, lifesciences, mobile, and online.

This class is open to HBS students. There is a special timing on the grades specifically to support HBS students (all Tuesdays, from 6.00 to 9.00 p.m.). The class is pretty intensive. It is a mix of formal presentations, interviews with potential and actual customers and classes.

More detailed can be obtained here:
Course website: http://entrepreneurship.mit.edu/elab/
Course TA details: elab-ta@mit.edu or at +1-617-326-3896.

To sign-up, all you need to do is visit the class website, click on "student registration", fill in the form and that's it, you're in! The TA told me yesterday that there are a few spots left. Please join us if you are excited to get hands-on experience!
