MIT t=0 "Start Something" - limited free tickets for StartupTribe members 9/16-18

posted Sep 13, 2011, 2:13 AM by Andrew Rosenthal

You have to start somewhere.
Start at t = 0.

t=0 will function as a catalyst for entrepreneurship. Many students come across Entrepreneurship as an engaging life path very late in their academic careers at MIT. Our hope for this festival is to allow them to experience the “ramen stage” of their startup while they still have a meal plan and the flexibility of student life. We hope to teach them about how to be successful entrepreneurs, inspire them to change the world and empower them with the skills necessary to execute their ideas in meaningful ways.

Festival Highlights:
Friday:
Festival Kicks off at 5:00 PM with Mitch Kapor (Founder of Lotus and Kapor Capital) and then at 6:00 PM the Startup Lab opens for business. We will be hacking the rest of the night!

Saturday:
Festival runs 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM featuring Rich Miner (Founder of Android and Google Ventures) and Startup Demo Day

Sunday:
Festival runs 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM featuring Brad Feld (Founder of Foundry Group and TechStars) and Startup Lab Presentations.

More info.

This event is only open to MIT students and to specific people invited by them.  We're very appreciative of the festival organizers for allocating a limited number of completely free tickets to Startup Tribe members.  Interested in attending?  Tweet @startuptribe.
