Fast-growing mobile startup seeking MBA interns (San Francisco Bay Area)

* Do you love being at the cutting edge of digital media?
* Have apps on your iPhone and/or Android device changed your life?
* Want to build a startup that's backed by Kleiner Perkins and one of the original investors in Google?
* Interested in working with a great global team that's one of the hottest in mobile?

InMobi's a 3-year old company that has grown very quickly to be the world's largest independent global mobile advertising network (and quickly closing in on Google/AdMob). We're fun, young, and want to change the digital media experiences of billions of people around the world. Already we've been recognized as one of the most promising young companies in mobile, are backed by top tier VCs (including Kleiner Perkins) and have big plans ahead.

Role: We're looking for a few rockstar interns to help us answer various business questions, mostly related to new products and markets (e.g. What should our strategy be for being a leader in the tablet ecosystem? What products should we build to become the ad network of choice for digital agencies? What should be our strategy to enter the Korean market? What strategic acquisitions can we look at? Are there profitable customer (advertiser) segments that we are not tapping into? Should InMobi pay attention to Windows Phone 7 or the Blackberry Playbook? What can we do to win the Android developer community?). The position will be based in San Francisco, but may involve travel (domestic + international) for 20-40% of the time.

You: You have the rare combination of the analytical and the creative. You make decisions based on data, but frequently come up with creative solutions that couldn't have been developed if you relied just on the data. You have experience identifying new markets and opportunities (prior startup, consulting and/or VC experience is a plus). You have unbridled passion for mobile and digital media, and understand the basics of the industry even if you don't have a ton of experience in the field!

Applicants should send a resume and a brief note (100 words -- no long cover letters, please!) expressing their interest to gautam@inmobi.comby 11pm EST on Sat May 7th.
