The MIT $100k entrepreneurship competition have launched an online video pitch contest - 'YouPitch' - and would like to invite your school's students to take part.
Students can enter by filming a 60 second elevator pitch for an innovative business idea and uploading it to YouTube. The three pitches with the most 'likes/thumbs up' on YouTube and Facebook will make it through to the final round, at which point our judge (Brad Feld
) will pick the winner. The winners will then be awarded a $2,000 cash prize as well as a trip to the MIT $100k finale show in Cambridge MA on May 11. More information about the contest can be found here: http://www.mit100k.org/contests/youpitch/
We're very excited about offering this opportunity to your students, and would greatly appreciate it if you could forward the below on to your community.
