How to make your own PCB's And your own simple grill.

step one - You need to find the list below.

Scaled PCB design of your circuit (i don't know how to scale it).

Laser printer and papers for print (normal good quality paper).

Copper clad board (as your circuit ).

Ferric chloride.

smallest size grill bit for grill the board.

9v ,12v or any kind of DC motor with suitable power supply(for drill).

Empty Carbone pen.

Glue gun (or you can use any kind of glue that good at fix plastic).

Small size paper cutter (or any kind of tool that makes a cut for cut the piece of empty Carbone pen).

Hack so blade(for cut the copper board).

clothing iron (for stick the paper to board ).

Some of lime juice and water and some of plastic basket.

Any kind of paint removing chemical , thiner, petrel,colon(for clean the board at the end).

Another components to make your circuit

step two - Print the PCB layouts to the paper using that laser printer (use little bit more toner for that), before you print them make sure you mirrored the layouts after that you need to cut them , size them as below.

step three - Cut the copper board and size it to your printed layouts.

Wash the copper board with some lime juice then water , then keep leave it to dry (use any thing that can get dry fast but not chemicals)place the papers on the copper board , then iron them as well as you can (here 's the progress - when you ironing the paper the Carbone on the paper going to melt and stick to the copper board.)so iorn it hard ! until you feel it.

step four - After thats get done put some lime juice all over the copper board (with tha paper) then you will see well sticked PCB layouts ,so rub the paper gently (if the lime juice not enough you can use water) then remove all additional paper using that trick.

step five - Now get the plastic basket and put some good water to that(just good enough for FL Ude the PCB ) now put some of ferric chloride to the water and mix it well(if you can use hand glosses and eye mask for better safety) then put the pcb's to that mix.you can use hot gun or hot light to heat the water (when water heats the chemical reaction get speed , but don't heat it too much or use hot water), then wait for melt all the un wanted copper to melt.

After that use paint removing chemicals to remove the Carbone on the copper board.(if there was a still paper use some kind of steel wools , they can remove the all of them but they will scratch the copper too.)

After all it will looks like this(before you clean the board).

How to make your own simple grill.

Cut piece (like 1 cm)of empty Carbone pen tube , and put your drill bit in side of the tube and ,then put some glue on between grill bit and tube so you done it will bond the grill bit and the tube enough.so other side of the tube fix it to the motor pin. now it will looks like that. you have made your own grill for grilling your pcb's
