According to the Stanley records our car left the factory on May 15 1914.It is a 4-passenger touring car "Special 12/15hp Model 607" as featured in the English Stanley Steam Car Limited catalogue, 

The car was delivered to an owner in Ireland, very probably the Earl of Antrim.
