Evaluation

Students are given daily feedback on their progress as an ensemble through the continuous communication between the teacher and students in the rehearsal setting. Following a large performance, students will be asked to evaluate their own contributions to the ensemble and how they feel they have grown as an independent musician. There will also be interactive activities in which the students can identify and encourage each other’s strengths and contributions. These activities are designed to promote observational skills, positive reflection, and habits of self-improvement.
