5. Why did you take the contacts section out of the Update and make it separate? 
Short answer: because it makes it easier to generate the report that we create from your information. Additionally, we hope this will be a positive thing for you - to make completing the Update a shorter amount of time and to give those who would like to complete contacts as you go that option (i.e. you can still keep track and enter them at the end of the month or you could enter them once a week or right after you have contact with someone...your choice).


6. Do you have a suggestion for how to keep up with my Ministry Contacts? 
Open the Contact Report on your phone and save it as a bookmark so if you're out and about and want to enter the info after you leave a meeting, just open your phone, click that button and there's the contact report. (We tested this on the iPhone, so if it works differently on Android let us know.)


7. Do I have to send a financial statement to my Supervisor? 
Yes. If you are responsible for checking, savings, and/or investment accounts, you are required to send a financial statement for each account each month. These reports should be in PDF format and emailed as an attachment to your supervisor. These reports should also be shared with members of your local committee or advisory board. It should include the beginning balance, income and expenses from the account, and an ending balance. The budget account should also indicate how the spending compares to the amount budgeted.  Designated account reports need to show the beginning balance for each designation, income for each, expenses for each, and the ending balance for each designation.
