Sea Scout Ship Corinthian no. eight-sixty

SSS Corinthian

Welcome to the Sea Scout Ship Corinthian webpage. Whether you are currently a crewmember, or looking to join in the fun, you'll find the information you need here.  Scroll to the "Eight-sixty Events" page and look through the schedule to see what's happening in the next few weeks. If you're new to us, take a moment to look around and find out who and what we are. If the program sounds appealing pick up the phone or shoot us an email. <>   We'd love to have you sail with us.

You can learn to sail, navigate, row, operate radio equipment and keep a boat in shape.  There are many opportunities to cruise local waters or go sailing on long voyages far from home. You can apprentice to rig boats, kayak or acquire useful shipwright skills. You'll be active in camping, social events, tours, regattas, excursions, and seamanship contests. You'll also have a chance to develop maritime skills that could lead to careers later on.

Sea Scouting is organized to promote better citizenship and to improve members' boating skills and knowledge through instruction and practice in water safety, outdoor social, and service experiences, and knowledge of our maritime heritage.

You’ll never forget the year you joined the SEA SCOUTS!
