The Parish Team

Natalie Smith - Catechetical Coordinator

I am an Anglo Indian, born in Madras (now Chennai), South India many moons ago, and immigrated to the United Kingdom in April 1974 along with my parents and two sisters. I was educated in Cranford School and then on to Hounslow Borough College before venturing into the employment market. My first position was in the accounts department in a company called HML Engineering. That didn’t last long and I moved into a truck rental company called Wincanton. But the lure of travel beckoned and I eventually joined British Airways.

I spent 18 memorable years there enjoying every minute of it, not just of the travel, but of the work and the people as well. In July 2004 (to my amazement!), I was offered the position of Catechetical Coordinator in this parish and I haven’t looked back since. I do enjoy the various aspects of the role which includes serving people, working with new technology (such as this website) and exploring the creative side of my nature. I particularly appreciate the opportunity this vocation offers to deepen my faith.

Senorita Evans - Parish Centre Manager
I came to England in 1988, having been born in Miri, in Sarawak Malaysia. I have two brothers and two sisters and I am married to an Englishman and have one teenage daughter who has represented Great Britain as a gymnast.

I am the person to contact for hire of the various halls in the Centre and I maintian the Centre. I was also a catechist in the Confirmation programme for many years, which I enjoyed doing.
