Registration to the summer school is a two step process.

Application

Application is now closed.

Notification

The participants will be notified until May 2nd, if their application was successul. The registration fee (€100), and the accomodation costs are due by the deadline indicated on the Important Dates page. Participants will be informed about the details in a separate email.

Money should be transferred into the bank account indicated. All additional bank charges should be covered by you. Receipts will be issued to you at the SSIP registration desk.

The SSIP registration fee is EUR 100.
The accommodation fee in the Academia Hotel accommodation provided by the SSIP is:
  • Single room (EUR 42,- per night; breakfast included; room has ensuite bathroom, WC; free wired internet in room and wifi in the lobby)
  • Bed in Double Room (EUR 25,- per night; breakfast included; room has ensuite bathroom, WC; free wired internet in room and wifi in the lobby)

The default accommodation period is from July 4th to July 14th. E-mail the organisers to request changes.


Students with CEEPUS scholarships

Students who have been granted a CEEPUS scholarship do not have to pay the €100 registration fee. Accommodation will have to be paid from the CEEPUS scholarship, so please enter an accommodation option on the application form. All students holding CEEPUS scholarships are automatically accepted for participation in the SSIP.

Travel grants

We will pay travel grants to a limited number of students. Students can apply for the grants during the application process. If you apply, please provide a brief letter (maximum 1/2 page) explaining why you should get the grant. The travel grant will support a maximum of €350 (registration fee and accommodation in a double room).
